Our Service

Nexus Traveler is an independent visa facilitation service. We assist you in preparing and submitting eVisa applications to the relevant government authorities. We are not a government agency and do not issue visas ourselves.

The final decision on any visa application rests solely with the destination authority. We cannot guarantee approval.

Eligibility & Accuracy

By using our service you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or applying on behalf of a minor as a guardian.
• All information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and complete.
• You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We are not responsible for applications refused due to inaccurate information you supplied.

Fees & Payment

Our charges consist of a service fee (for facilitation and support) plus any applicable government/embassy fees and optional add-ons you select. All fees are shown before checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond travel.
• Review all application details carefully before submitting.
• Comply with the entry rules and conditions of your destination.
• Keep your Application Reference Number secure for tracking.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Traveler's total liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the service fee you paid. We are not liable for visa refusals, border decisions, travel disruptions, or any indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
